Spring Market
Of all the national real estate news today the one thing that stands out to me is that in certain markets we don't have enough houses to sell. It seems like each community or school district in our area has it's own set of challenges. Some locations have foreclosures still holding prices down. Some have higher taxes driving prices down. And some areas are seeing price increases and multiple offers. I see a lot of pent up emotion wanting to move on to the next phase of life- renting to owning or 1st time buyer home to raising a family home or later life downsizing.
